At the Milk Parlour we make the most incredible Italian style gelato using fresh milk from a traditional Shorthorn dairy herd of cattle.

The milk is sustainably sourced from the Barr Family at Tannybrake Farm. Their pedigree dairy Shorthorn herd is the only known dairy Shorthorn herd in Northern Ireland.
